Our services are performed by a pool of shared agents and are charged based on active work, i.e. time when we are actively handling your contacts/tasks. All our plans include your choice of active work minutes, monthly reporting, standard availability of 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., option of call recording, email notifications, design and maintenance of personalized CRM application, initial agent training, phone number and sufficient workforce for a superb service quality. Any additional minutes will be charged at the rates applicable to your monthly plan.
