We use our own software for recording contact details, client information, report production and our own telephone, chat, mail, web and database servers. Our software and equipment can be customized to satisfy every client’s requirements.
We have more than 400 telephone numbers and 200 voice channels available. In addition to the primary conduit there are SIP trunks of various international VoIP telephony providers connected.
The telephone server supports virtually all existing protocols, including ISDN, SIP, H.323 and IAX. The client’s applications can be accessed via VPN connection (IPSec), remote desktop (RDP, Citrix), or through secure Internet connection (https).
Every month we process more than 50,000 calls/chats and about 10,000 e-mails; for outbound campaigns, we can handle up to 5,000 calls a day.
Our experience is based on over 250 successful collaboration projects during past 2 decades, resulting in more than 5 million processed contacts in total.
