The cost of our services depends on the needs of your business. A quotation will be individually prepared after carefully examining specifics of your project, parameters and requirements, primarily:
Cover time
The cost of services is based on the number of hours per week when the agents are ready to engage contacts on your behalf. The cost is also affected by the chosen time of day and days of the week when we are processing contacts. Covering business hours is less expensive than evening or night hours. Covering weekdays is less expensive than covering weekends.
Expected call volume
The anticipated contact volume is an important factor for estimate preparation. As the anticipated number of contacts increase, the cost per individual contact is lower.
Type of service
The cost is also determined by type of service that you require. Less demanding services mean lower costs; accepting a sales order carries a much lower value than tech support, which requires an agent with specific expertise.

Our services are performed by a pool of shared agents and charged based on active work, i.e. time when we are actively handling your contacts/tasks. All our plans include your choice of active work minutes, monthly reporting, standard availability of 7am to 8pm, real-time access to contact details, option of call recording, email notifications, design & maintenance of simple CRM application, initial agent training, phone number & sufficient workforce for a superb service quality. Any additional minutes will be charged at the rates applicable to your monthly plan.
